Inc   We have done our best to ensure the security and privacy of your transactions with us.  As part of our standard practice, we will never share your credit card information or other personal data with outside parties.  You are welcome to share your email address with us for our use only; be assured that we will never share it with outside parties.All transactions are conducted via a secure server that uses industry standard SSL encryption, so your transactions and your personal data are completely secure. Cookies are used to store your login information and shopping information for quicker access to our site, and will never be shared with outside parties, used for marketing purposes, or to capture any personal data.



We are happy to provide you with samples of fabric and/or wood finishes.  Please fax us or contact customer service to request samples.  There will be a $15.00 deposit for each sample, which is 100% refundable upon return of the sample.



Lead times online are indicative of the time needed to provide freight service with goods ordered and reflect estimates provided by our craftsman.  Should actual lead time vary from that posted online, you will be notified prior to processing your order.

Actual transit time needed by freight service to deliver goods is in addition to lead times indicated online.  Rooms by ZoyaB. Inc reserves the right to ship orders in one or more installments.  Please be aware that multiple item orders may ship from different locations.

Shipping is restricted to the continental United States.  Rooms by ZoyaB. Inc is not liable for any delay or failure to deliver or perform due to strike, lock outs or other labor difficulties, accidents, fires, Acts of God, or other cause of like or unlike nature beyond its control.  Delivery shall be extended by the time lost by reason of such cause provided that if Bograd Kids is unable to deliver the Goods, its sole obligation shall be to refund any monies received from Purchaser.

Inspect goods thoroughly when delivered and note any damages  (condition of packaging, merchandise, etc.) clearly on the delivery receipt and notify Rooms by ZoyaB. Inc., within five business days.  Should you fail to do so, Rooms by ZoyaB. Inc cannot pursue a damage claim on your behalf.  Purchaser shall be bound by individuals signing delivery receipt at delivery location.

Merchandise purchased online will be shipped once payment in full is processed.  Our standard method of shipping usually takes 2-3 weeks.



Rooms by ZoyaB. Inc honors the warranties provided by the craftsmen and manufacturers of the products offered on  Those warrantees constitute the only warranty offered including those of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

While Rooms by ZoyaB. Inc reviews the safety information provided with all products, we can not be held liable for accidents resulting in personal injury or the like that involve products purchased through



All orders placed online constitute a Special Order.

Custom Orders may not be completed online.  To ensure accuracy of your order you must speak with a sales representative directly.  Custom Orders will only be processed upon receipt of a 50% deposit and can not be cancelled or returned.

Our trained staff puts much time and effort into ensuring the accuracy of your order prior to manufacturing.  However, it is your responsibility to check and approve in writing any Custom Order you place.  We will not begin manufacturing your Custom Order until you have provided this approval.

Exchanges of Custom Orders and Special Orders are limited to transit damage or manufacturing defects and must be pre-approved by our Customer Service Department.  Should the need arise, you must contact our Customer Service Department within 7 days of receipt of merchandise.  All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and at the cost of the shipper.  Upon return your merchandise will be inspected and repaired or replaced.



Items purchased from our Sample Sale or online may be exchanged or returned for store credit only.  If you are not satisfied upon receipt of your merchandise, please contact our Customer Service Department within 7 days.  You will be responsible for shipping charges to return any item, and in certain circumstances a restocking fee may apply.

Custom Orders and Special Orders may not be returned.



Rooms by ZoyaB. Inc collects and remits sales tax for orders shipped to New York State addresses only.



These terms and conditions of sale shall be governed and construed in all respects in accordance with the laws of the State of New York.
